We understand that plans can change, and we ask for your understanding of our cancellation policy, which allows us to manage our appointment schedule effectively and make appointment times available to other patients who may be waiting.

Our Policy

• Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours' notice — no fee applies.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment — a fee of 50% of the consultation fee will apply.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) — a fee of 100% of the consultation fee will apply.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible by phone or email so we can offer the time to another patient.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Please get in touch with us directly if you have extenuating circumstances, and we're happy to discuss this with you on a case-by-case basis.
