3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person.
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the session.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full fee still applicable.

 

4. Payment
- Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
- All prices are listed in $AUD and are subject to change without notice.

 

5. Health and Safety
- Clients are required to complete a health intake form prior to their first session.
- It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the treatment.
- Arukah Massage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if the treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Liability
- While we strive to provide the highest level of care, Arukah Massage is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services.
- Clients assume full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing during and after the massage session.

 

8. Conduct
- Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards our therapists and staff.
- Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client may be banned from future services.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Arukah Massage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
